Service Description
At Chico Ceramics, experienced potters and sculptors can purchase a day pass to access our studio space and large equipment. Tools, clay, glaze, and firing services are available at an additional cost. For those looking to elevate their experience, we offer an upgraded option that includes 5 pounds of clay and loaner tools, ensuring you have everything you need to create your masterpiece.

Cancellation Policy
1. Acknowledge, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the activities involved with membership and that I am qualified, in good health, in proper physical condition, and able to fully participate in membership activities. I further agree and warrant that at any time I believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in membership activities. 2. Fully understand that (a) the membership activity involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death (“Risks”); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the negligence of the “Releasees” named below; (c) there may be other risk and social and economic losses either not known to me or not easily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my membership activity. 3. In consideration of my being permitted to participate in membership activities I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chico Ceramics Center, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owner and lessor of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered one of the “releasees” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result of such claim. 4. The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of California and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
